Well friends, the time has come. We are stepping up, getting ready to invite teachers into a supportive online space so that they can create the future of education together with families.

A very exciting time. A long wait, but well worth it!!!

We're so excited to be working with Michelle from Inquire Education to get her ready to launch a very exciting service. Michelle is passionate about helping teachers transition out of the system to a home school model and she has been working hard on getting something together.

She came to us with so many ideas but needed some structure and consistency to bring it all together. We're going to be working closely with Michelle on this HUGE project over the next few months.

This was never meant to be done alone.

Oh BOY, when I became a freelance teacher, the LONELINESS was a killer. No one else was doing this thing out here (except the wonderful Dan, of course), and my staffroom didn't understand me in my new adventure.... "But, how do you know if a student has learned something if it's not assessed?" Oh, the pain!!!

Teachers are so used to having a community surrounding them. I'm not saying that every aspect of the community is always positive or supportive, but it's always THERE. Someone to reach out to for advice, someone to chat with about ideas, someone to give encouragement, and more so, people to give encouragement to! Hugs and High Fives are a bonus... And that's just the staff room.

Our classroom spaces are where another layer of community exists. A high-energy, borderline chaotic community with a bunch of unreachable goals and unnecessary stressors, but a community at that. And beyond the students are their families (and if you've been teaching as long as me, it's the generations of families that come next!!)

The families will be there for you in the community; that is how this education sector works.

But the missing piece, the professional collaboration and growth space, the business support, the creative pedagogical advice for the NEW AGE learner... That is what Inquire Education provides: professionals, educators, families and communities who align with your vision for education.

"Connection & Collaboration" HUB is about finding your people.

Not competition.
Not comparison...Yuk.

"EEWW! Marketing feels so CRINGE!"

"Homeschool families are not a 'Market' -Would you all just STOP!!"

It's a jungle out there, we are all in a market right now, we are marketed to left, right and centre. All day, every day, without even knowing it!!!

But.... In alignment with Inquire Education philosophy, humans deserve dignity and respect through their interactions with each other... and also, services deserve fair exchanges... We all belong in communities, and we all belong on this planet. There is a space for us, but how do we find it?

What does that space look like when you have beautiful, engaging offerings, gifts to the world, spaces to hold students in education, support to give families???

You don’t need to “sell yourself.”

You need to be understood.
