Kandi Warehousing

When I communicate with contract coordinators or project managers or talk quotes for a job, it’s often hard to convey the actual effort that allows for the physical (most times very physical) completion of works.
Like many who build a construction file or project manage, there are a combination of behind the scenes actions to make our role of installer/servicemen as efficient as can be.
I’d like to shoutout to all those guys on the ground supplying tools, equipment and labour to complete suppliers projects.
The preparation and maintenance of equipment and tools. The keeping of vehicles mechanically sound and commercially presentable. The organising of calendars and workforce to suit. The clerical and financial responsibilities to staff and agencies.
On the ground, dealing with clients on the job is the easy part. Greasing up wheel bearings of 2tonne dollies at 6:30pm to make sure the next job goes smoothly, not often expressed but worth remembering when arguing for dollars rather than dependable service.

We've been a bit on the quiet side in recent times. All for good reasons. Somewhere between life outside of business we did find time to help on other projects.
This installation of static and mobile rolled edge type shelving, a large scale artifact storage development working alongside a well established contractor in the industry. A great experience and an educational build.

Great to see our supplier back in motorsport. Perhaps Kandi Warehousing may have to compete against the hand that feeds...

Well we're glad to be supporting K Racing again for the 2014 season.
1st round of the AmChamps was run at Sandown, Vic.
The team surprisingly finished 6th outright and 2nd in class. Running as high as 4th at one stage and only being beaten by the team car in a mix up of a formation finish in the last 100m and being passed before the line... Still a great result for all involved.
A great showing for drivers Kev and Luke.
