Developing connections to all aspects of our being

01/10/2023

I am finally doing what I suggest my clients to do and taking some time to recharge away from social media & taking a break from work. I am heading into the forest (my backyard) to reconnect away from the busyness that can be life.

A much needed detox on all levels.

This coming week energetically is more of the same energy we have been experiencing, if you are not feeling it personally you may see the effects unfolding in certain superpowers.

Tips:
🦋Ground
🦋Drink good water
🦋Put a cloak of protection over you
🦋Call in Archangel Michael
🦋Use singing bowls, clapping, lemongrass to remove stagnant energy & declutter

Sending love & blessings

Feeling completely ungrounded & spacey? Schumanns is wild & the Tomsk Reader in Russia is also offline “coincidence “. This is definitely leading up to a potent full moon 🙏

Collective Astrological Energy over past month is catching up to many sensitive souls.
Exhaustion, fatigue, heart palpitations & numbness, joint pain & anxious feelings at all time highs.

Rest, disconnect from drama, lead with your heart & connect your feet to the earth . You are love, you are worthy of taking time for you .

Sending hugs & love .

Always seek professional help in the first instance if your symptoms continue.

Feeling fatigued beyond reason, random tingling & third eye headaches & crazy dreams?

There is a lot of low vibrational energies afly combined with collective fears equals a feeling of being ungrounded & vulnerable emotionally & energetically increasing feelings of being unwell.

Cut the cords & wrap an energetic cloak around you. It is the best time to remember how incredibly powerful you are as a soul to rise above everything!

Rise Up ⬆️

Feeling low…inhale some bubbles of joy & feel your spirit fly above your troubles. You have got this! .

It goes without saying with all massive shifts comes “Spiritual Healing”. This is the card I pulled for the week from Ashati Oracle Cards.

How do you know if you are going through a healing or are ascending energetically?

✨keep distance from drama & gossip
✨like to collaborate
✨feel pain in neck & shoulders with energy moving up
✨seeing triggers as an opportunity to learn something about yourself
✨not taking the actions of others personally
✨letting go with ease
✨being in a place of joy

Joy is the key for unlocking your ascension process…especially when it gets super challenging to find joy will unlock the magic in the moment. Joy is like a balloon in the ascension process, hold on to the joy within your being & before you know it you will lift above all the aspects in 3D.
You are still in 3D if you are still partaking in gossip, division & hate. Choose to rise above, see it as future proofing for your soul.

Beautiful blue moon you have illuminated the sorrow in our hearts & opened our wounds for these to be healed once and for all. My darling souls you are so prepared to heal , you my darling are not alone. Hold the energetic hands of our ancestors who will guide you to healing & to remembering the peace within. Remember we all are sparks & together we illuminate the universe.

Looking up to Venus in the morning sky. Welcoming the unlocking of love , wealth & awareness into the consciousness for all to enjoy.

Many are feeling an unease, there are some not so rare & never documented planetary conjunctions coming into play in the month of September & if you are sensitive you will indeed be picking these shifts up many weeks & months ahead of them coming to play.

I will be putting my thoughts in a podcast on spotify & will share link. It will provide you more insight & how to prepare in all aspects of your life.

Enjoy every moment . Love & blessings

After weeks of erratic energy there is a gentleness wrapping around us. This season of retrogrades even feel subdued as we feel into the Blue Moon, the second full moon of the month. Interestingly 1883 Indonesia experienced an erupting volcano ( they have just had a large earth quake this morning) any coincidence???

August has been about ownership & accountability in all areas of life. Congratulations on taking strides in being the best version of your future self.
