And thats a wrap. thanks to Communify Queensland and the amazing group of people from the cook up club. We had our final class for this round this week. We finished this round of classes with a fresh risoni salad, freshly baked focaccia, whole roasted chicken with a delicious chimmi churri dipping sauce. Till next round 😊

What a crazy busy last few weeks weve had during cook up club with Communify Queensland . We've Italian week where we made fresh pasta, We went to the middle east and made cous cous and a morrocan orange cake. We have had vegetarian week where we made some delicious lentil sausage rolls. Amazing effort by everyone

So impressed with the effort of the Cook up class from Communify Queensland yesterday. They all pushed hard to get our Indian 🇮🇳inspired menu completed on time. We made some lovely chicken tikka masala, red lentil dahl, hand rolled chapati's and finished off with a coconut, cardamom and saffron rice pudding. Amazing job!!

Had a great class today with Communify Queensland cookup club, where we found ourselves cooking food from Russia 🇷🇺 We made cheese and potato perogies with bacon, onions and sour cream. We served it with cabbage and bacon. All finished off with a nice russian apple cake. The group did so well making the perogies

yesterday we started another round of cook up club with our friends Communify Queensland. Was great to see some old faces and some new ones. We made some beautiful parsnip, fennel and apple soup with a beautiful soda bread(didnt last long enough for a photo) and some delicious butterscotch self saucing pudding.

Had another great class from the nundah BHC Creating Liveable Communities . We made a nice cheap and hearty cottage pie and an apple and blackberry sponge pudding. Definitely went down a treat.
