Join the ACU Ally Network in celebrating International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism, and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023. This is an important day as we come together to show our support for the LGBTIQ+ community and promote diversity, inclusion, and respect for all individuals.

As part of our celebration, we will be hosting a morning tea with rainbow-themed treats in the courtyard outside the Brisbane Campus Library from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. This event is an opportunity for us to connect, engage in meaningful conversations and show our support for those in the LGBTIQ+ community. The theme of IDAHOBIT is “Go rainbow” and we encourage you to wear rainbow colours to show your support.

We believe that this event will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet new people, learn more about IDAHOBIT, and share your own experiences and stories.
