I know this one personally! For a long time, I had stories about myself that simply weren't true, and at 50 I thought I was past the age of creating something new. However, through Personal Development, I have learned new skills, become more confident, and I am willing to take risks now. I am discovering possibilities that I hadn't believed were available to me. Sometimes the first step isn't changing your circumstances, it is questioning the story you are telling yourself and finding out what you are capable of. Maybe it is time to ask a different question - what else could be possible?

Looking back, every major change I’ve ever made—from moving countries twice, to starting over after 30 years in nursing—began with more questions than answers. I used to think I needed a complete plan before starting something new. The truth is, all you really need is enough courage to take the very first step and trust that you'll learn the rest along the way.
