Logan Reserve Seedlings & Co Supervisor!

We’d love for you to meet Carolin, who holds a Bachelor of Education and has watched our sector grow and evolve over many years! 🌱

Carolin began her journey as a kindergarten teacher, before stepping into leadership - bringing both classroom heart and a wealth of experience to everything she does. 📚

She is deeply passionate about the “hundred languages of children” - Loris Malaguzzi’s beautiful idea at the heart of the Reggio Emilia approach, which celebrates the countless ways children express themselves, explore, and make sense of their world. 🎨🗣️

A keen gardener herself, Carolin loves nurturing growth in every sense - whether it’s in the garden or in the children she cares for. 🌷

After 20 years as a Nominated Supervisor at her previous service, Carolin joined the Seedlings & Co family in 2021, and we’ve been so grateful to have her ever since. 💛
