Meet Jen — Our Area Manager for Seedlings & Co!

With more than 20 years in early education, Jen has done it all.

From Early Childhood Teacher to Nominated Supervisor leading and developing her own team.

She holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood and a deep, well-rounded understanding of pedagogy, people, and practice.

This isn’t an office job. Each day, Jen connects with teams - coaching, mentoring, our teams who bring our progressive pedagogy to life.

Ray wanted to play outside, but with something…
different.
Ray saw his friend get his umbrella. Of course he wanted to join!

And with his umbrella, he was able to play to his imagination!
From twirling, to using it as a shield, and even throwing it (we’re ok!)

Meet Ray!

Today he wanted to learn the alphabet using names of his friends!

Instead of using the alphabet cards to name the animal, we took it a step further and Ray used his imagination to see who of his friends start with the letter he chose!

Follow us as Ray continues to take us on his learning journey!

Once we cross the road, we have our safety fence!

To ensure our children arrive to their bush kindy safe and sound.

They keep their hands on the fence, making sure they are far away from the road as possible!

It also helps our educators keep track of all children to prioritise their safety!

What do you do if you find a pinecone with a string?

You experiment! You play and figure out cool and wacky things to do!

That’s what one of our children discovered at her bush kindy.

She learnt how to use the string as a lever for the pinecone.
As it swung around.

She learnt the more she pulled on the string, the smaller the lever, and the swings become smaller until it’s tight on top!

This is the art of discovery.
