Welcome to JCFit Personal Training. A bit about me~
Fully qualified personal trainer who mixes enjoyment and intensity to create the best results possible for his clients. He realises the gym can be a daunting place for some people; however he aims to create a safe and enjoyable environment where confidence can be built and goals can be achieved. Through a wholistic approach that expands outside of just โnormalโ PT sessions Joe aims to create a supportive, constructive platform where clients can be proud of achievements.
The greatest reward is to be a part of others' health and fitness journeys and watch them grow and succeed not only in the gym but as a person. Being present and engaging is key to his philosophy.
