Positive Uncertainty... the Attitudes & Principals
The 2 Attitudes
1) Accepting uncertainty...because it is inevitable and will always exist
2) Choosing to be positive about the uncertainty...because its less stressful that way
The 4 paradoxical principals
1. Be focused and flexible about what you want – know what you want but be open to opportunities as you work towards your goals. Some aspirations are only created in our minds to lead us to the ultimate opportunity
2. Be aware of and wary about what you know – we have access to an abundance of information...access quality, reliable sources aligned with your values and relative to the life you live
3. Be realistic and optimistic about what you believe...take time to reflect on your beliefs and where they came from...are they still relative to you and how do they impact other areas of your life such as relationships, your career and wellbeing.
4. Be practical and magical about what you do to decide...value both intuition and logic when making decisions
