Shaving foam is a great sensory play activity for children, especially in the warmer months! The children enjoy the foamy, slimy sensation when they squeeze it and rub it. It is such a good open ended resource, they start by mixing the colours and are encouraged to add materials to it. They pick items like bowls, little trucks, water, spoons etc. It can also be an excellent way for children to make marks and practice drawing and writing.
We all had so much fun exploring this activity 👏

We absolutely love excursion days!
So much to do today for our Halloween themed playgroup. The children got out of their comfort zones and had so much fun exploring these play areas for the first time ☀️🤗
