Staff celebrated today with Miss Jacinta Browning as she prepares for her wedding at the end of this week. Our UMG school community extend our congratulations to Jacinta and Nick and best wishes for a wonderful wedding day and a lifetime of happiness together. 💐

To be tolerant is to accept and respect differences. It means understanding that others may not think, look, speak, or act exactly as you do, and appreciating the unique qualities that make each person special.

Tolerance helps us build positive relationships and create a sense of belonging. It means accepting differences without prejudice, being patient when circumstances are beyond our control, and making others feel valued and included. Rather than trying to change others, we focus on understanding them and appreciating them for who they are.
When we practise tolerance, we open our hearts to new perspectives and learn from those around us.
Say this:
"I am tolerant. I respect and appreciate differences. I overlook faults and focus on strengths. I accept the things I cannot change and seek to understand others with kindness and compassion."
