My sons did this last night, and it made me so happy to see that the things we teach them are actually sinking in❤️. They put what they’ve learned into practice and did their best to understand and do it on their own.

Moments like this remind me to always do my very best to set a good example for my children. They are watching, learning, and picking up more than we sometimes realise🥹❤️.

And… can anyone hear their sister singing in the background? 😂🤗

From Screen Time to Garden Time ☺️

Sometimes, our kids don’t need another screen-they just need something interesting to DO ❤️.

After teaching my boys how to plant, I’m now teaching them how to care for what they planted—watering the plants, checking on them and watching them grow.

It may look like a simple activity, but they’re learning responsibility, patience, consistency and how to care for something outside themselves. 🥹

As parents, we can create little moments like this at home-gardening, cooking, helping around the house, drawing, building, reading, playing outside or simply exploring nature.

They don’t have to be expensive activities. Sometimes the simplest experiences become the most meaningful childhood memories ❤️.
