Kaya you mob, thank you all for your patience. I’m so excited to be able to say that I’m officially taking orders 😆
I have also added new resources to the collection; our engraved Counting stones and Tracks (Bidi). There certainly will be more added to the collection in the coming weeks.

Kaya and welcome to Yirra Early Learning Resources. I’d like to introduce myself and the reason I have started this business.
I am a proud Whadjuk and Ballardong yorga (woman) and am base in Meanjin. I have worked in the early learning industry as a professional for over a decade, with my most recent role being the director of an early learning centre. During those years I could see there were not many Indigenous resources available that were meaningful for children to learn about Indigenous people or culture. After having my own child, and wanting to ensure that culture is a part of him, I decided to start Yirra Early Learning Resources.
What does Yirra mean? Yirra is a Noongar word meaning Stand Tall. I chose this word as I believe that as Indigenous people we “Yirra” everyday in life as people, community, in our culture and with our ancestors; to passing on teachings and knowledge to our koolangka’s (children) I want families and children everywhere to be able to enjoy playtime that celebrates culture, country & creativity.
