Christmas is in full swing at Banyo Early Learning Centre!
Our educators and children have put so much thought, creativity and teamwork into decorating each classroom door - and they’re looking magical!
Families will be able to cast their vote for their favourite festive door at the end of the week. We can’t wait to see which one becomes our 2025 winner!

Our Kindy children have been practising important independence skills by learning how to eat from their lunch boxes — just like they will at school! They’re mastering how to open their own packaging, enjoy their nutritious morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, and follow a daily routine. When the bell rings, they know it’s time to pack up — a wonderful step in preparing for their transition to school!

Thank you to Earnshaw State College for the invite to Under 8’s Day 2025. All our Kindy class had a great morning exploring, playing, and experiencing their first Under 8’s Day. Thank you to all the teachers and school students for a morning filled with fun and play!

We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating all the amazing Mums, Grandmas, Aunts and special loved ones in our community! From arts and crafts to a succulent workshop and meaningful gift giving, the centre was full of smiles, creativity, and connection. Thank you to everyone who joined us — it was such a special way to show our appreciation!

Our Centre proudly commemorated ANZAC Day by attending the local Banyo service and laying handmade wreaths. Our Kindy children also had a special visit from a parent currently serving as a Sergeant in the Defence Force. It was a lovely time where incredible photos, stories, and even introduced the children to a real-life robot ! The excitement continued as the children tried on different uniforms, sparking lots of curiosity and thoughtful conversations.

Families came together for a twilight event – Kindy Showcase 2025
The evening featured an immersive experience of Curriculum discussions, tours of the physical environment, and information about key topics like SPELD Kindy and Kindy hours. It was incredible to see such a fantastic turnout.
