A couple of nights ago, I shared a beautiful evening .bear.coffeehouse that was created by two gorgeous women I met recently while in Hawaii. Abby & Andrea of .heartcollective came up with the idea of creating events for women (and those who identify as one) where they can have the opportunity to connect, share and learn together. I was very grateful to be able to attend their first ever event and what a lovely night it was (not to mention how bloody good the food was 🤤) Congratulation you gorgeous two on bringing to life an idea that came to you on the shores of Waikiki 🙌🏻💗 I look forward to going to many more of your events 😍

I love the joy of gifting something to someone that I have intentionally and thoughtfully chosen just for them.
I especially love doing this for my clients as I welcome them as they start their coaching journey with me 💝
I have selected items that I personally love but also know will support their discovery back to self. Being able to support beautiful businesses in doing so is an added bonus 🥰. Finding new products and businesses to support will be a continued joy for me 🙌🏻🌟

Today I want to touch on what INVESTING IN YOURSELF can look like. ✨

The dictionary refers to investing as ‘the physical act of putting money into something to gain a profitable return’.

But I’m not talking about spending physical cash on yourself (although that can be one element of it). I’m talking about the kind of investment that goes so much deeper than that.

When I decided to blow up my life and leave my marriage of 22 years, I had nooooooooo idea what I was going to do next or what my purpose should be 🤷🏼‍♀️. All I knew was that I could no longer live a life consumed with deep unhappiness.
I wanted more, I deserved more. ❤️

Without knowing it at the time, walking away from my unhealthy marriage was the first step I took to investing in myself 🙌🏻

I began by investing in my self worth. Investing in my mindset. Investing in reframing my internal dialogue, and investing in hearing and listening to my gut instinct.
All of these things felt hard at first but gradually I began to feel the change within me and that’s when the magic began to happen. 🌈

Doors opened, opportunities presented themselves and a path to my purpose finally became clear.

This is what INVESTING IN MYSELF looks like 🔝
Backing myself, finding myself and lighting myself the heck up!!! ✨✨✨✨✨

It’s brought me right to where I needed to be. Here. Ready to support you to do the same. To bring you to your magic, to your purpose, to your beautiful light ✨💛.

Well this is BIG! The Jennsta is finally putting on her big girl pants and shouting to the world, I.AM.A.LIFE.COACH!! 💥🙌🏻

For the last 6 months, I have been head down, bum up, studying with the fabulous Beautiful You Coaching Academy so I can bring my own life experiences to the forefront to help and support others in the most powerful way. ✨

I have been working with ProBono clients for a couple of months already and boy oh boy, does this work light me up!! ⚡️
Honestly, it truly hasn’t sunken in yet that I get to do this beautiful, life changing work and it be my job - like an actual job that I get paid to do…. and I’m the BOSS LADY so I make all the rules!!! 😅 Did anyone say Ladies Lunches on Fridays?? 🥂😉

Life is a funny old thing isn’t it?! One minute I think my world is falling apart due to the ending of my 23 year long marriage, and the next, I’m beginning to build a life for myself that I never saw coming but always knew was there 🙌🏻. Thank you Universe 💫. I’m forever grateful 🙏🏻

I hope you will stick around and join me as I venture into this new terrain of building a business and Life Coaching. No doubt I’ll probs change my branding colour palette eleventy billion times before I settle on what I love. Soz about that - just ride the wave with me 😜🤣🌊
