A mistake people often make is they project their own model of reality onto another person's model of reality.

To truly help people succeed, it's essential to meet them where they are, without judgment or preconceptions.

Remember, because everyone has a different way of deleting, distorting and generalizing all the available information, everyone has a different way of looking at the world.

Another person's perspective isn't wrong, it's just different than yours.
