Strong relationships are the foundation for confident, curious learners 💛
Goodstart’s key educator approach ensures every child is known, supported and feels safe - through consistent, nurturing connections with educators and meaningful partnerships with families. These bonds help build wellbeing, resilience and a true sense of belonging from day one.

🖤💛❤️ National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day – Tuesday, 4th August 2026 ❤️💛🖤
Today we proudly celebrate National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day, a day that recognises and celebrates the strength, culture, resilience and voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
At Goodstart eight mile plains, we are committed to creating a culturally safe and inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging, respect and connection. Throughout the day, our children will engage in meaningful experiences that celebrate First Nations cultures, stories, art, music and traditions while fostering an appreciation for Australia’s rich cultural heritage.
Together, we celebrate the importance of nurturing children’s identities, strengthening connections to Country, and embracing the knowledge and wisdom shared by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
🖤💛❤️ Happy National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day! ❤️💛🖤
