A huge thank you to Annie for joining us at the KGSC Young Entrepreneurs Hub and sharing her entrepreneurial journey with our students! π
As a past YE Hub alumni herself, it was incredibly special to have Annie return and inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs with her story and insights.
Recognised for her impact at such a young age, Annie was awarded The Next Genβs National Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023 and The Gold Coast Bulletinβs Young Woman of the Year in 2024, with her work featured across radio, podcasts and A Current Affair.
Students loved hearing her honest insights into building a business, taking risks and backing yourself from a young age. Thank you Annie for inspiring our students and showcasing whatβs possible when young people back their ideas! π‘

Full circle moments π
This term, our Ideas Incubator program landed at John Paul College, helping students explore how they can turn their ideas into real businesses, products and future opportunities.
What made this experience even more special was having our newest facilitator, Gabe, leading sessions in the exact same classroom he once sat in as a Year 5 student at JPC.
Now, years later, Gabe is back inspiring the next generation of young innovators to think creatively, solve real-world problems and back their ideas with confidence π
We loved seeing students collaborate, explore ideas and begin building concepts that could one day become real businesses and ventures of their own.
