Working with crews, engineers and project teams, Ella helps make sure safety stays at the centre of every project. From site inspections and toolbox talks to supporting worker wellbeing, her role plays an important part in keeping projects running safely and efficiently.

What an epic week! This crew absolutely smashed it at Construct Her Future 👷‍♀️🎉

From tendering to the final build, these Year 11 and 12 students took on the challenge of designing, building and showcasing their own real-world bridge projects.

Along the way, they gained valuable skills, knowledge and confidence while discovering the diverse range of careers and opportunities available in the construction industry.

A huge congratulations to all the students on their amazing efforts and a big thank you to the industry partners and schools who helped make this experience possible. 🙌👏
