Hi All,
My name is Jessica Butler-Cross and I am proud Yidinji woman
starting up my business GalbirDesigns. I wanted to do an
expression of interest into my indigenous painting journey incursion.
Involved will be painting set up, cultural advisory throughout, going into depths
of each dreamtime story through the use of art.
Galbir Designs is an art business that celebrates the beauty of Aboriginal
culture and storytelling. As an artist from the Yidinji, Yarrabah tribe in Queensland,
I offer a unique perspective and take pride in bringing traditional stories to life
through my art. I offer cultural incursions and commissioned pieces that represent
my tribe’s history, beliefs, and values. With a deep love of story telling,
I strive to create meaningful pieces that touch the lives of many.
