At Mother Duck we believe the little things matter✨
✨The way we speak.
✨The way we support one another.
✨The way we advocate for children.
✨The way we lead by example.
As part of our Code of Conduct training we are consistently reflecting on the everyday actions that strengthen our culture and ensure every child experiences safe, respectful and high-quality care.✨

At Mother Duck, our Code of Conduct is more than a policy, it reflects who we are and how we show up for children, families and one another every day! 💛
Last month our team engaged in Code of Conduct training, reflecting on the importance of professionalism, respectful relationships, child safe practices and creating environments where every child feels safe, valued and supported. Because creating exceptional experiences for children starts with strong, connected and accountable teams.💛
