অস্ট্রেলিয়া যেতে এখন থেকে থাকছেনা আর্থিক প্রমাণপত্র দেখনোর ঝামেলা-
বাংলাদেশকে লেভেল ১ এসেসমেন্ট দেশ হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়া হয়েছে, তাই এখন থেকে লাগছেনা কোন সোর্স অফ ইনকাম এবং ভিসা রিজেকশনের ভয়।

বাংলাদেশী স্টুডেন্ট দের জন্য স্বর্ণযুগ চলছে অস্ট্রেলিয়ায়,

IELTS এ ৬+ এবং PTE ৫৮+ রেজাল্ট থাকলেই একদম অল্প সময়ে চলে যেতে পারবেন অস্ট্রেলিয়া।

যাদের টাকা আছে তারা এই সুজুগ কাজে লাগান।
যতদিন লেভেল ১ এ থাকা যাবে ভিসা রেসিও থাকবে ১০০%!

অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় স্টুডেন্ট ভিসায় গিয়ে স্থায়ী বসবাসের (Permanent Residency বা PR) জন্য নির্দিষ্ট একটি পরিকল্পনা এবং ধাপে ধাপে প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করতে হয়।

নিচে অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় PR পাওয়ার জন্য বিস্তারিত প্রক্রিয়া বাংলায় তুলে ধরা হলো:

১. সঠিক কোর্স এবং পেশা নির্বাচন করুন

কোর্স নির্বাচন:

অস্ট্রেলিয়ার PR পেতে আপনার পড়াশোনা এমন একটি কোর্সে হওয়া উচিত যা দেশের Skilled Occupation List (SOL) বা Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL)-এ অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

উদাহরণ: ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং, আইটি, নার্সিং, টিচিং, একাউন্টিং, বা ট্রেড স্কিল।

পেশা নির্বাচন:

আপনার পড়াশোনা শেষে যেই পেশা গ্রহণ করবেন, সেটি অস্ট্রেলিয়ার চাহিদাসম্পন্ন পেশার তালিকায় থাকতে হবে।

২. পিএসডব্লিউ (PSW) ভিসা সংগ্রহ করুন

কোর্স সম্পন্ন করার পর: আপনি Post Study Work (PSW) ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

PSW ভিসার মেয়াদ:

ব্যাচেলর বা মাস্টার্স (Coursework): ২-৩ বছর।

মাস্টার্স (Research): ৩ বছর।

পিএইচডি: ৪ বছর।

এই সময়ে আপনি ফুল-টাইম কাজ করতে পারবেন এবং পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন করতে পারবেন।

৩. স্কিল অ্যাসেসমেন্ট করুন

স্কিল অ্যাসেসমেন্ট:
আপনার পেশার সাথে সম্পর্কিত কর্তৃপক্ষ (যেমন: Engineers Australia, ACS, CPA) থেকে আপনার স্কিলের মূল্যায়ন (Skill Assessment) করাতে হবে।

এটি আপনার পেশাগত যোগ্যতা এবং অভিজ্ঞতা যাচাই করে।

৪. পয়েন্ট টেস্টে যোগ্যতা অর্জন করুন

অস্ট্রেলিয়ার PR পাওয়ার জন্য নির্ধারিত পয়েন্ট টেস্টে ৬৫ বা তার বেশি পয়েন্ট অর্জন করতে হবে।
পয়েন্ট নির্ভর করে:

বয়স: ১৮-৪৪ বছর হলে সর্বাধিক পয়েন্ট পাওয়া যায়।

শিক্ষা: অস্ট্রেলিয়ার ডিগ্রি হলে বাড়তি পয়েন্ট।

কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা: দেশীয় ও আন্তর্জাতিক অভিজ্ঞতা।

ইংরেজি দক্ষতা: আইইএলটিএস বা পিটিই স্কোর।

আঞ্চলিক এলাকায় পড়াশোনা: বাড়তি পয়েন্ট।

পেশাগত দক্ষতা এবং স্পন্সরশিপ।

৫. PR ভিসার ক্যাটেগরি নির্বাচন করুন

PR-এর জন্য সবচেয়ে জনপ্রিয় ভিসার ধরনগুলো হলো:

1. Subclass 189 (Skilled Independent Visa): স্পন্সর ছাড়াই সরাসরি আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

2. Subclass 190 (Skilled Nominated Visa): রাজ্য সরকারের মনোনয়নের (State Nomination) প্রয়োজন।

3. Subclass 491 (Skilled Work Regional Visa): আঞ্চলিক এলাকায় কাজের ভিত্তিতে প্রাথমিকভাবে ৫ বছরের ভিসা, পরে PR-এ রূপান্তরিত করা যায়।

৬. রাজ্য স্পন্সরশিপের জন্য আবেদন করুন

যদি আপনি Subclass 190 বা Subclass 491 ভিসার জন্য যোগ্য হন, তবে রাজ্য সরকার থেকে স্পন্সরশিপ পেতে আবেদন করুন।

৭. অভিজ্ঞতা এবং ইংরেজি দক্ষতা বাড়ান

অভিজ্ঞতা অর্জন: PSW ভিসার সময়কালে পূর্ণকালীন কাজ করে আপনার পেশাগত অভিজ্ঞতা বাড়ান।

ইংরেজি স্কোর উন্নত করুন: উচ্চ পয়েন্ট পাওয়ার জন্য আইইএলটিএস-এ ৭ বা ৮ স্কোর অর্জন করুন।

৮. ভিসার আবেদন জমা দিন

আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া:
প্রয়োজনীয় পয়েন্ট অর্জন এবং স্কিল অ্যাসেসমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে, অনলাইনে ImmiAccount ব্যবহার করে আবেদন করুন।

৯. PR পাওয়ার পরে সুবিধা

অস্ট্রেলিয়ায় স্থায়ীভাবে বসবাস, কাজ এবং পড়াশোনা করার অনুমতি।

পরিবারের সদস্যদের স্পন্সর করার সুযোগ।

Medicare ও অন্যান্য সরকারি সুযোগ-সুবিধা।

৪ বছর পর নাগরিকত্বের জন্য আবেদন।
