Life has taught me humility, patience, and gratitude 🙏

After resigning from a full-time job, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, where I realized the importance of continuous learning and persistence.

It showed me that even in the face of rejection, perseverance can open new doors

As we're approaching the holiday season, I'm slowly wrapping up yoga classes in 2022. Picture was taken post yoga class at Yoga Flex Parkinson 🥰

I feel very honoured to be part of the community, and I hope I share something beneficial to each yogis who come to the class.

My practice on the mat is a reflection of my daily life,

Sometimes up and other times down. Occasionally I couldn't make it to the mat.

But I think to myself, maybe that is what love is about. It may not always be fun and exciting, and it requires constant effort and commitment. But in the long run it nourishes us and makes us a better person

The balance of the mind, the balance of the body 🙏

Today I finished my 26 days HIIT boot camp training. A training to get back to fitness, after being pull and push by forces in life (busy work and study). I also took a break from yoga teaching during the time.

Now I can proudly say that, I DID IT! 😁

Sirsasana (headstand) 😊

At the end of Ashtanga Primary Series, headstand plays a significant role on balancing the energy from all previous asanas (postures).

Practising headstand encourages sense of balance, builds core and upper body strength.

Recommend to practice under supervision of a teacher/ against the wall

Morning meditation 🧘‍♀️

Practising meditation first thing in the morning helps me to start fresh and becoming more centred.

Overtime it makes me a happier person 🙂
