'Be Kind' is our Term 3 school value. By term 3, some of our kiddos begin to show some frazzled emotions and less patience, so we teach explict lessons focussing on strategies and skills that will help put kindness first. Our class also created a Kindness Garden that grew and blossomed over the term.

Is there anything better than Spring? Yep.. our Spring Arts Festival! 🎨
Live performances, amazing art and more.. it's a great way to celebrate the end of Winter and welcome Spring.
This year's theme was 'Maths is all around us'.

Maths Modelling in Action!
This term, we have been exploring the Mathematical Modelling process, which has four stages: Understand, Plan, Do, and Communicate. To put their skills into action, students worked in groups to design their own zoo enclosures. They discussed ideas, made plans, and used different mathematical operations to calculate the total items needed. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to solve real-world problems while working collaboratively and creatively!

Book Week 2025 brought all the vibes.

We are loving Margaret Wild’s book Fox. A perfect book to use for character description and traits.

We loved the resources to consolidate our understanding of the Earth's movement in the sky.

We are learning about opinion writing and character traits and wrote about Hairy Maclary. We then made these super cute Hairy dogs!

Working out our class and school routines and expectations are super important for continued success!

Throwback to term 3 where in HASS we learned how important the Great Barrier Reef was to our environment.

We continued learning about continents in HASS and took a trip to Asia. We learned all about the Chinese culture and made these dancing dragons.

When you are out of action and your Chappie delivers a home cooked meal! 🩷Chaplains don't just support kids at school, they support staff too and most importantly, they are just the best humans ever!
