My Attunement is the journey to understanding in the quest to change from being a materially suppressed, human being, to a Life Force being with calmness, awareness and understanding. Most importantly, it was necessary to open my mind, set aside any preconceptions, dogma or even myths which fill social media. I began to expand my thinking about how we are formed, and how we all function as a living being. An essential epiphany on the journey to understanding myself was to comprehend that I am a being who exist with energy and without energy, I would not exist. It proved essential to comprehend the energies which affected me and every facet of my life. I began to comprehend that the energies of thoughts and emotions, and those of others, all shaped and controlled my life; taking their toll on my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. Understand the energy structure in which I reside, help me to awaken and apply the energies of my inner self, my very own Life Force. To attain great freedom of spirit, it was increasingly important to achieve a balance and establish some control over my emotions and thoughts. With this control, Life Force power and freedom are achievable.
