๐ก I had an idea - one that was born out of pure frustration. ๐ฉ
I had been working as a school Marketing Manager, juggling projects and being in 3 places at once. ๐ If you know, you know!
๐ฃ๏ธ I knew there was a better way.
I mean, it makes no โcommercialโ sense for a Marketing Manager to spend precious time doing basic tasks like compiling promo bags and stuffing envelopes. Am I right? (right!)
But, there was work to be done - Conundrumโ๏ธ
I would think to myself, I was doing this type of work when I started my career at 19 years oldโฆ and ๐ loved ๐ every minute of it!!!
Wait, what a great idea. ๐ก๐ก๐ก
With youth unemployment at a high in early 2022 and my passion for mentoring young people, I thought what a great opportunity - ๐งโ๐ผ letโs get young people with an aptitude for marketing working!
What if we placed talented people into junior marketing roles to help alleviate the workload from the Marketing Manager so their time could be better spent?!
๐ Brilliant!
Turns out there are so many young marketing graduates who are struggling to get a start in their careers. ๐ WIN, ๐ WIN!
So in 2022, we launched the Marcomms Academy Marketing Junior Program across Australia!
We are pleased to say that we are well and truly into the first year of our program and have loved working with Marketing Managers and mentoring our Marketing Juniors.

It is essential that key information such as the educational plan and methodology are clearly visible. The schoolโs website is also the best place to showcase the schoolโs offering in terms of online courses and additional services (canteen, sports club, extracurricular activities, etc.

Happy Easter Weekend
