Here’s a simple yet powerful practice I’ve taught many clients that can truly be a game changer. 💫

1️⃣ Step away from the noise. If possible, take a quick walk outside. Fresh air helps calm the mind and reconnect you with the present moment.
2️⃣ Once you’re feeling more grounded, close your eyes and place your hand on your heart.
3️⃣ Turn your challenge into a yes or no question. Then, ask it clearly and listen.

Don’t overthink. Don’t go into the what if's or fear of making the wrong choice. Just listen. That very first answer that rises up before your mind jumps in, is your intuition speaking.

If you’re unsure, that’s okay. Sit with the answer. Let it settle. Ask again later if you need to.
