🌼 Hello August! 🌼

A brand-new month is here, and we have so many exciting experiences planned for our children and families!

This August, we’ll be celebrating National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day, Dental Health Week, National Science Week, Book Week, Jeans for Genes Day, Red Nose Day, International Day of the World’s Indigenous People, Dog Day, and many more meaningful events. We’ll also be enjoying our much-loved Date Night, where families can enjoy a well-deserved evening while their children have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

These celebrations provide wonderful opportunities for children to learn, explore new ideas, celebrate diversity, develop empathy, and create lasting memories through play and meaningful experiences.

📅 Please note: Our centre will be closed on Wednesday, 12th August for the Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) Public Holiday.

Last month, we celebrated World Music Day through singing, dancing, rhythm, and joyful exploration.

Music helps children express themselves, build confidence, and connect with others one song at a time. 🎤💛

Our Senior Toddlers explored the wonders of the night sky, asking questions, sharing ideas, and letting their imaginations shine.

Our Kindy children love getting their hands dirty as they plant, water, and care for our garden. Through gardening, they learn patience, responsibility, and the importance of caring for our environment. 🌏💚
