Compliance Meets Community: Rural Training in Underberg

At Mogapi Africa, we believe corporate compliance and community empowerment can work together to create real change. Through our partnership with the Berg Incubation Hub in Underberg, youth employment projects are both compliant and community-driven.

Since 2024, 44 youth have been supported through our programmes, injecting R2.3 million into the local economy. With 0% drop-offs and full host placements, learners are securing futures through cooperatives and small ventures in furniture, clothing, food, and poultry farming.

Our programmes benefit both youth and corporates offering skills, employment readiness, and easy B-BBEE verification while transforming rural communities into hubs of opportunity.

With our recent expansion to Brits, this model continues to grow, showing that rural youth can thrive when opportunities, guidance, and support come together.
