It’s 2025, and yet the stigma around menstruation still holds too many girls back. Across SA, young girls continue to miss school, suffer in silence, and bleed without dignity. This Mandela Day, let’s honour Madiba’s legacy not only with our time, but with our voice. Let it be the year fathers sit down with their sons and daughters, breaking the silence and ending the shame. Because when dads speak up, everything changes.
