I also have a degree in education.

And it’s honestly one of the least important tools I use to teach my own kids.

Most teacher training focuses on managing 25+ students and navigating systems...not on the deep, individualized process of how humans actually learn best.

A piece of paper doesn’t magically make someone the only qualified educator in a child’s life.

Real learning happens in relationship. In curiosity. In freedom to move at a child’s pace.

Why would I outsource that just because someone says, “But I have a degree”?

If this resonates, you’re not alone.
