Last night was Day 1 of our second last ADHD & Executive Function Coach Training cohort of 2026 and I left the session feeling so energised by the people in the room. 💚

One of the things I love most about these trainings is that every group brings something different. Different professions, different experiences, different questions, different ways of seeing the world, and that is where so much of the learning happens.

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder that lived experience matters.

It does not replace knowledge, ethical practice or professional training, but it can deepen empathy, challenge assumptions and help us understand the person behind the behaviour.

When we talk about ADHD and executive functioning, we are talking about so much more than attention, procrastination or productivity. We are talking about people trying to manage work, family, energy, emotions, expectations, relationships, routines, overwhelm and all the invisible things that happen in between.

And I think that is why I enjoy this work so much. I do not want training to be about sitting through information and collecting a certificate.

I want people to leave with new ways of thinking, practical tools they can actually use, and greater confidence in how they support the people in front of them.

And I am carrying that same excitement into our upcoming Corporate Wellness Coach Training🎉🎉🎉.
