Make sure you understand scope of work before you talk about evidence. Each and every detailed duty has it own evidence.
Let's see for example the attached.
WM-02 Training of sales staff
From WA0201 they tell you in details what they expect from you, how you should train. Now mind you this is a guide right?? So expect companies to differ, you might not get the exact procedure in a workplace you're placed in. Like when they do trainings myb they do them practical no documentation is done. (I'm just making an example nkos yam)
So interms of evidence, you can take pictures of the team. But let's look at what evidence they want you to provide.
Remember these evidence are examples of what they would like to see. Some of these are outdated, no longer used in companies.
SE0201 They want a training plan. This is simple. Draft a plan on how you do trainings. You can even explain in worlds on how the company does Trainings. You cannot say you can't provide evidence. Nothing confidential here.
SE0202 Here they want to see how the training was communicated. Whether it was via email, WhatsApp or in notice board. Newsletters are updates in the org informing staff on what is to happen. Indlela yokudlulisa umyalezo wezimemezelo noma info ebalulekile.
SE0203 lana they just want to see where you got information that helped you do your work. You can skip this if you like. Remember not all those evidence you have to provide.
If you want reference examples it can be training manuals and sales guides, performance targets and reports, emails from management. Nokunye nokunye.
SE0204 this one is easy. Training manuals, sales scripts, powerpoint presentations(take pictures)
SE0205 a simple report you can choose is training attendance report. But ungakwenza nokunye like a formal report summary. You can also choose to skip.
I am not doing this for each course guys please don't come for me. I just took BM logbook because I have been making too much examples about MA. Just wanted to show you how much these two work together, If you understand scope of work you will understand evidence section.

WHAT IS A LOGBOOK
A logbook is a record of the work you did during in-service training.
(Think of it as daily or weekly diary of your duties at work.) that proves you actually gained practical experience related to your course.
It supports:
πYour experiential letter
πYour evidence
πYour National Diploma application
The logbook helps the college/DHET to:
π See what you did, not just where you worked
πCheck that your duties match your qualification outcomes
π Confirm the 18 months of training was meaningful
When you record dates make sure you exclude public holidays and weekends.
Dates should be within your 18 months period.
Must be signed by supervisor/manager
Stamped (some colleges want you to stamp all pages while other don't mind even if it one page. I encourage you to check with your colleges)
