THE IMPORTANCE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT...
My business has been inspired by who I was and who I’ve become, by becoming an Au Pair!
To me personally an Au Pair is more than just a “child carer”, we are guardians of precious souls and role models to them, we are instruments of support to host parents!
To me the most important aspects of child development is socialization, sensory stimulation & music. As a child develops they have a human tendency to want to communicate, because socialization is part of our human nature and we need to embrace it. Sensory stimulation forms part of our self - esteem by partaking in a “messy play” activity, to partake the child ..shows a certain level of trust in the unknown and themselves. The child that embraces the activity appears to be more confidant and brave as they explore. Taking this step has made the child feel good about themselves! On the educational side the child may have been exposed to a color or texture they have never seen before, the child is learning through exploring and this forms part of play. Music is soul good and stimulating for our psychological health, children need to be exposed to music as it assists in the development of language, gross motor skills forming part of physical well being through exercise, stimulates emotions and is good for our memory. So keep calm and invite a friend to messy play and be “happy “ with Pharrell Williams!
