INTERNALTIONAL CULINARY SCHOOL IN CONFCTIONARY AND PATISSERIE AND CAKE DECORATING
Classes are hands on and practical with support of theory notes and recipes. Courses & Workshop are suitable for all adults who want to learn and enjoy the process perfect the skills. You will learn various techniques and skills when baking cakes, decorating them, and designing them based on different themes and learning objectives. We’ll have you baking like professionals in no time.
Unlike other trainings and courses, with us you will make a variety of items not just one. You will also work on all the products in the course. You are not expected to bring equipment or ingredients like fondant or prebaked cakes. Our hands on approach will ensure you achieve specific learning objectives.

This is an investment in the knowledge and skill to get you up and going. We offer you first-hand knowledge, with qualified chefs and experienced bakers.. We do not expect you to spend any time in cleaning utensils and washing dishes - all these tasks are done for you - we prefer you to remain focused on your tasks and enjoy the process.
The studio is a spacious and clean area with natural light. There are individual bake stations fully equipped with everything you need. Access to many lunch options and breaks when needed.
We offer fully time and part time learning. We have classes on weekdays, weekends as well as offer certain workshops in the evening and over the weekends.
