Have you thought about what happens to the chips packet you threw out the car window or the lollipop stick you dropped on the ground and didn't pick up....
๐ง๏ธ๐ฐ Only Rain Down the Drain
Did you know that stormwater drains are not connected to treatment systems? Everything that goes into them flows directly into our rivers and oceans.
That means litter, chemicals, and waste dumped into drains end up polluting the very waters weโre trying to protect. ๐
As part of the campaign, weโre raising awareness about how everyday actions โ from what we flush to what we throw in drains โ have a direct impact on our environment.
๐ฝ Remember: Only flush the 3 Pโs โ P*e, Poo and (toilet) Paper
๐ง๏ธ And only rain belongs in the drain
Letโs work together to keep our waterways clean and protect our oceans for future generations ๐

Our Power, Our Planet is Earth Day 2026โs theme reflecting a fundamental truth: environmental progress doesnโt depend on any single administration or government.
Itโs sustained by our own daily actions.
Do you use single use plastic products, throw a wipe napkin in the toilet, or let the water run when brushing your teeth or putting soap on your hands? These are all harmful actions on our Earth.
Let's try to pay more attention to our daily actions, save our planet and encourage our family and friends too!
