Tussen sterre en planete leer ons nou van die heelal.
Ons klaskamer het sommer in ’n klein planetarium verander waar verwondering, drome, kennis en verbeelding saam deur die ruimte reis.
En nuwe kennis ons aangryp in verwondering.
By Snoetjies en Sproetjies Kleuterskool gee ons onderwysers nie net klas nie maar breek ons nuwe wêrelde vir ons kindertjies oop deur ons lesse visueel aan te bied.

Children are not born “difficult.” ❤️

Many children are trying to navigate a world that often feels too fast, too loud, too busy, too overstimulating, and emotionally disconnected for developing nervous systems.

A child’s behavior is often communication long before it is manipulation…

Behind many meltdowns, tantrums, shutdowns, defiance, emotional outbursts, or difficult moments, there is usually an overwhelmed nervous system, unmet emotional needs, exhaustion, stress, disconnection, lack of support, emotional immaturity, or simply a child struggling with feelings they do not yet fully know how to regulate. 🧠

And parenting in today’s world can feel incredibly overwhelming too!

Many adults are trying to raise emotionally healthy children while carrying chronic stress, overstimulation, financial pressure, mental exhaustion, lack of support, unresolved childhood wounds, constant distractions, unrealistic expectations, and nervous systems that rarely get a chance to fully rest. Modern parenting often happens without the village humans were meant to have, and children are growing up inside of that emotional environment too.

That does not make parents “bad.” It makes many parents deeply overwhelmed and under supported while genuinely trying to do better with the tools and support they have. 🌱

That is why compassion matters for BOTH children and parents.

Children need guidance, boundaries, accountability, emotional safety, and connection. But parents need support too. ❤️
