Philiswa, Productivity SA Senior Advisor, recently completed his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) course through our online portal The Leadership Centre.
"May I express my sincere gratitude for the highest level of support that I received from the TLC team during my Black Belt Training. I got my certificate in July 2017. It was a very proud moment. It was the culmination of many long months of dedicated work. The biggest benefit of this certificate is in the confidence and credibility that it represents on my capabilities, knowledge, skill set and professionalism. I service a variety of client companies in different industries, different sizes, operations, complexities and human-related challenges. The LSSBB knowledge gives me the ability to approach each of them with a quite sense of assurance that I can approach senior managers with a set of structured/semi-structured questions that demonstrate my intention to cut through immediately to the cost drivers, process problems, human-capital constraints and other change management-related issues that are at the heart of the productivity problems. This helps me to build rapport very quickly. It has also allowed me to generate additional business for my organisation. I have also mentioned TLC when the opportunity has presented itself especially when colleagues or stakeholders have asked where I obtained my certificate. I have also received additional credits on the strength of my qualification when I revealed that the Master Black Belt who assessed my submission was none other than TLC Co-founder/Director Ms Debbie McCarthy.
