Kindness:
The Strength We Share

As we begin Term 4, our trees are wrapped in red to represent the K in our PACK values: Kindness.

Kindness is more than simply being nice. It is choosing to care, to listen, to include, and to make a difference in someone else’s day. Sometimes kindness comes in big gestures, but often it is found in the smallest moments — a smile, a helping hand, a kind word, or simply noticing when someone needs a friend.

Within our Wolf Pack community, kindness can be seen everywhere. It is a learner inviting someone to join in, a teacher taking the time to encourage a child, a staff member offering support, or a friend choosing compassion when it would be easier to walk away. Kindness reminds us that we all have the power to make someone feel seen, valued and supported.

This term, we invite every member of our Wolf Pack family to choose kindness, even when no one is watching. To be the person who includes others, lifts people up, celebrates someone else's success and offers a helping hand when it is needed.

Because kindness is contagious. One small act can change someone's entire day, and one kind person can inspire many others to do the same.

Our red trees are a reminder that kindness is at the heart of a strong community.

Let us fill our school with kindness, compassion and care, and show that when our Wolf Pack stands together, we lift each other up.

Fearless and Faithful. Always PACK. 🐺💚

Today we celebrate the incredible teachers who do so much more than teach. They inspire, encourage, nurture, guide and believe in every child who walks through their classroom door.

Behind every lesson is a teacher who plans, prepares, creates, listens, supports and often goes the extra mile to make a difference. From the first “Good morning” to the last bell, our teachers give their time, energy and hearts to help our children grow.

To our amazing teachers at Athlone Primary — thank you for your patience, passion, dedication and the countless little things you do that make a BIG difference.

You may not always see the impact you make, but every child you inspire carries a little piece of your teaching with them.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to all the wonderful teachers who make a difference, one child at a time!

✨ Once Upon a Time at Athlone Primary… ✨

Deep in the magical kingdom of Athlone, there lived a wonderful group of young adventurers known as the Grade 4s.

Every day, they entered their classroom ready to learn, explore and discover new wonders. But one morning, something magical happened… a mysterious fairy appeared and told them that the Kingdom of Knowledge was in danger!

Armed with courage, curiosity and plenty of giggles, the Grade 4s set off on an adventure. Along the way, they solved tricky riddles, crossed enchanted forests and discovered that the greatest magic of all was working together.

With teamwork, kindness and a sprinkle of Grade 4 magic, they saved the kingdom!

And so, the Grade 4s returned to Athlone Primary, knowing that every day can be an adventure when you believe in yourself and your friends.

And they all learned happily ever after…
