On the heels sits Usinga (root energy)
On the reproduction area sits Inono/Amanono (primordial energy)
On the stomach sits Imdliwa
On the heart sits Idlozi
On the brain sits Amathonga

The body transmits a certain pressure/energy that is a result of internal energies, this energy we call it Isithunzi (Aura), this external energetic body is sensed or experienced as one's Spirit, a totality of what is happening in one's internal energetics.

Now one's management of their Spirit, this is what must be used to conduct, manage a relationship.

What imposes on your Spirit or the nature of one's Spirit, attracts, repells, keeps and circulates other Spirits. The Spirit is Manager.

Project-reparing the fallen wall.

Recent heavy rains coursed part of our eldest wall to disintegrate and fall along with our security wall plants.
Some were saved while some will have to relocate. However the man's brilliance came up rather with an emergency reinforcement with the space rocks.
A type of self made gravitational pull a design like a woman's corset plumbing up the old borders to erect position.

This reminds us of realignment that is self inflicted by earth and energy.
The structure asks if we must fix Communial or just recieve the lesson and the loss
In the reading the teacher tells us that energy is moving in the space and it is directing how and where the plants want to exist and participate in this system...
As for the rain , it was just the mediator of a new order

We often observe life as an external-internal phenomenon, as in, life happens outward then inward. It is not so much incorrect, however, that is how to observe the Experience, to be the Experiencer.

Life also exists in other many ways, such as to be the Witness or the Creator.

I want to focus on the spectrum of being "a" Creator.
Here, life is internal-external, it first happens within and is manifested externally.

Here, the food or the mechanism of fueling motion is in the sciences of how to harmonize the mind and spirit to colonize the matter body. In a nutshell, here, the idea, the thought, the feeling, the emotions are methods, tools of keeping the body healthy, alive and less heavy.

And here, certain foods just like certain thoughts, certain emotions, are observed "demonic" or having a negative rewiring or influence onto the mind and spirit.
