Hello new and old friends!

What is your value linked to? Since the beginning of 2020 when I took the leap and left the corporate world, and a well paying comfortable albeit stressful job. I have been working with Financial Advisers helping them to implement processes and procedures.

So often we get caught in this trap. I have in the last year been here, and after reflection. I came to the conclusion that, we don’t setup clear boundaries with our clients, and the companies we work for or in. This I think is because we think that working long hours and being at the client and companies beck and call, we add additional value. When the truth is, that if we had boundaries but worked more efficiently, we add more value, and our clients and or direct reports will place a larger value to what we do.

At Illusto Consulting we will help you identify the relevant efficacy’s needed, and we will coach you and your team to ensure that the necessary accountability measures are upheld until you are comfortable that the process is embedded, to remain sustainable into the future.
