Well done to our prep school tennis players who were selected for U13 uMgungundlovu district teams: Britney Cameron (U13A), Marise Nelson (U13A) and Jenna Larter (U13B).
They will participate in the inter-district tournament on 22 and 23 August at Kershaw Park in Pietermaritzburg. All the best for the tournament, girls!

Today, our Grade 9s set off on their two-week Tshela Journey – a meaningful rite of passage that will challenge them to conquer mountains, both literally and figuratively.
During a special chapel service, each pupil chose a rock to carry with them and, when they reach a significant turning point in their journey, they will lay their rock down.
We pray a blessing over each of them as they embark on this transformative spiritual, emotional and physical journey. Godspeed, Grade 9s – may you walk bravely, grow deeply and discover more about yourselves and others along the way.

ExperiDance 2026 was a vibrant celebration of the power of movement. Titled, "Expressions in Motion," it showcased a diverse range of dance styles, which told stories, evoked emotion and inspired connection.
We are proud of Epworth's dance companies for their passion, commitment and beautiful performances. Thank you to the other dance groups for joining us - they were equally impressive.
