🌟🏆 Talent. Dedication. Achievement. Pride. 🏆🌟

Our Annual Sports Awards was a special celebration of the many ways our learners challenge themselves, pursue their passions and strive for excellence.

From the sports field and swimming pool to the stage, art room, music room, chessboard and environmental initiatives and more, our learners have made their mark across a wonderfully diverse range of activities. 🏉🏊‍♂️🎭🎨🎶♟️🌱

We proudly recognised scholarship recipients, district and interprovincial representatives, most improved players and players of the season — celebrating not only outstanding achievement, but also the commitment and perseverance behind it.

Thank you to our guest speaker, Mrs Ntombela, for being part of this memorable occasion and inspiring our learners.

Well done to every learner who was recognised. Your dedication makes us incredibly proud!

Our Grade 5 learners enjoyed two action-packed days at Byrne Valley Adventures, where the weather certainly didn't stop the fun!

Two classes were lucky enough to enjoy beautiful weather, while the other two experienced non-stop rain! But true to the Grade 5 spirit, they persevered, embraced the elements and still managed to have an incredible time.

From stand-up paddleboarding and ziplining into the river to paintball target shooting, water studies and mountain activities, there was never a dull moment.

Learners also took on The Floor is Lava, followed clues on a treasure hunt to find ingredients and utensils for their own potjie, enjoyed a night walk and explored the mountain.

💦 Day 2: With the warm weather on our side, the adventure continued with river tubing, canoeing, a river jump and an exciting obstacle course!

🌿 Day 3: When the weather turned chilly, the learners embraced a quieter side of nature with a nature walk, nature art and more team-building activities.

🏡 Day 4: It was time to pack up, say goodbye to camp and head home — tired, happy and full of stories to tell!

Throughout the four days, our learners were challenged to step outside their comfort zones, overcome fears, discover their strengths and build new friendships.
