🌍📚 WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY – HONOURING OUR EDUCATORS 🍎❤️

Today, we celebrate the remarkable educators of our school — the dedicated men and women who show up each day with purpose, passion and perseverance.
Teaching is far more than a profession. It is a calling. Our educators nurture young minds, inspire dreams, build confidence and shape the future, often going far beyond what is expected of them. They teach not only from textbooks, but from experience, compassion, patience and love.
In a school where challenges can be many, our educators continue to stand strong. They give their time, their energy and their hearts to ensure that every learner has an opportunity to learn, grow and believe in themselves.
To every educator in our school: your work matters. Your dedication matters. YOU matter. 🌟
Thank you for being the voices that encourage, the hands that guide, the hearts that care and the leaders who help shape tomorrow.
May we always remember that behind every successful learner is an educator who believed in them, challenged them and refused to give up on them.
Happy World Teachers’ Day to our incredible educators!
Keep inspiring. Keep empowering. Keep making a difference. ❤️🍎

NATIONAL HERITAGE DAY

Heritage Day in South Africa originated from Shaka Day, a holiday honoring Zulu King Shaka, which was celebrated in KwaZulu-Natal before 1995. Following the end of apartheid, a new government sought to create an inclusive national identity and designated September 24th as Heritage Day in 1995 to celebrate all of South Africa's diverse cultures and heritage, rather than focus on a single historical figure or event. It serves as a day to embrace and preserve the unique traditions that make up the nation's "Rainbow Nation" and foster unity among its diverse population.
