Cricket South Africa in partnership with Kzn Inland Cricket Union Sponsored Cricket equipment to Ramatha Road Primary as part of the National Programme being rolled out. We are ever so grateful for this contribution towards uplifting sports in our school.

CUWASSA: Mini- Cricket

A Mini Cricket Festival is a fun and engaging event designed to introduce young children to cricket in a relaxed, social and enjoyable environment. This CUWASSA endorsed festival was organized by Mr. R. P. Pillay from Ramatha Rd Primary School and KZN Inland Cricket in conjunction with KFC to encourage participation and develop basic cricket skills.

We are thrilled with the fantastic turnout at the Mini Cricket Festival today! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this event such a success.
It was amazing to see so many young cricketers showcasing their enthusiasm and talent. The energy on the field was truly inspiring! Special thanks to the educators, parents and coaches for their incredible support in making this event possible.
The spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork and fun was evident today. This turnout reflects the growing passion for cricket in our community.
We look forward to seeing all of you at our next festival in 2027. Keep practicing, keep enjoying cricket, and let's continue growing the game together!

Yesterday, we bid a final heartfelt farewell to an exceptional leader, mentor and Principal, Mrs. C. A. Govender, as she began her well-deserved retirement journey.

Her dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to education have left a lasting impact on every staff member, learner and parent whose lives she touched over the years. Thank you for leading with integrity, compassion and vision and for creating a school environment where both staff and learners could grow and thrive.

As a staff, we are deeply grateful for the support, encouragement and guidance she has given us throughout her 39 years of service. Her leadership has inspired excellence and purpose within our school community.

While it is difficult to say goodbye, we celebrate the remarkable legacy she leaves behind and the countless memories we have shared together. May this new chapter of retirement bring her joy, peace, good health and many beautiful moments with family and friends.
