*General experience of stakeholders with regard the Zulu Culture celebration.*
In our community we celebrate our culture in defferent ways, we saw the need to educate our kids at an early stage about our culture. We want them to celebrate what make them and their culture unique. The unifying factor being that each culture, race, and creed is different but each can understand the mutual need to have a celebration of their Culture and their tradition.
Celebrating this day at Siphumelele day care centre we invited all of our stakeholders (internal and external), employees, director, community members, sponsors and so forth. The aim of this event was to educate our kids about their well-being, their culture, tradition and what make them unique from other cultures. Everyone was wearing traditional attires.
It was such a good experience for stakeholders since Siphumelele have never celebrated or hosted this event before. Everything went well even though some stakeholders didn't manage to come due to other events they had to attend. We had activities like, Zulu traditional dance, singing and poet performed by kids and teachers.
With all being said and done, we closed our event celebration by eating traditional food, (ujeqe, usu-tripe, amadumbe,, ubhatata etc ) well prepared by our kitchen staff
