We are excited to announce the UNSW Real Estate Society’s re affiliation with the UNSW Business School as an Associate Society for 2026!

We look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Business School and deepening our engagement with the Faculty community. This partnership represents another step forward in strengthening RealSoc’s commitment to connecting students with industry and enhancing the learning experience for all members interested in property, investment, and urban development.

On Tuesday, the 11th of November, our Co-President Kham Phongchaleun and Secretary Jethro Lazuardi attended the UNSW Business School Clubs and Societies Affiliation Ceremony. We thank Senior Deputy Dean Professor Paul Andon, Director of Career Accelerator Sabine King, and the wider Business School & Career Accelerator team for their warm welcome, valuable insights, and the opportunity to connect with other student leaders.

As we move into 2026, we’re excited to continue building opportunities for our members through new initiatives, partnerships, and events that bridge the gap between students and the real estate industry. A special thank you to Matti Wente for their ongoing support and guidance. We look forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and impact for the UNSW property community!
