Since 2007 we have taught kids a form of Self Defense that is quick to learn, effective, and practical.
Punching is part of our warm up today . . . gotta get the blood pumping on a Monday!
Gotta work front leg kicks too! They come in handy if you can't move backwards and need more reach.
