Great job student trainers. 1st in our heat and 2nd overall. Best finish ever.
Great speaker at school today. She said that happy people are more likely to be happy. It means that if you start happy things tend to go so much better. If you start unhappy then things will go worse and even if they go well you still won't be happy. Just a thought.
