Chant Singing in Swarthmore: A Quiet Night and a Perfect End Drop-in Chant Singing sessions at Swarthmore College/Trinity Church Open to all singers from Swarthmore College and the Swarthmore community.

Weekly drop-in session for singing Gregorian Chant, led by James Blasina (Swarthmore College, Department of Music & Dance). No experience or longterm commitment necessary. Meetings are Wednesday afternoons from 4:30-5:30 PM at Trinity Church (Corner of Chester Rd and College Ave). Enter through the main office door (to the right of the church building, on Chester Rd)

In the absence of chant singing today, you're all welcome to attend the annual Peter Graham Swing Lecture in the Music Department, this year delivered by Jacqueline Warwick of Dalhousie University. Her is called "Sentimentality, Unwanted Children, and Music Education". It's at 4:30 pm in Lang Concert Hall.

Hi everyone! Unfortunately I will be unable to lead a singing session tomorrow (May 1), which means that we will not meet again until September. I am sorry not to wish you all a safe and relaxing summer in person, but I hope that that this message will convey that, in its limited way. Thank you for another wonderful year of music making together! Have a great summer, and see you in the Fall!-J
