Preschool Assistant and Lunch Bunch teachers needed.

Swarthmore Presbyterian Nursery Day School (SPNDS) is looking for part-time teacher assistants for our preschool program to being in September, 2025. The positions are either 5 mornings (8:30 – 12:30), 5 afternoons a week (11:30-3:30), or full day. There may be some flexibility in days or hours. Assistants work with a coordinator or head teacher in assuring the general education, well-being, care, safety, and nurturing of the children in our program. The successful candidate will be a collaborative person who enjoys children and is equipped to create an engaging environment where all the students and staff can experience “learning joy” together. A minimum of Child Development Associate certificate or Early Childhood Education associate degree is preferred. Additional degrees and/or previous experience working with children are a plus.
